Architecture and technology strategy
The decisions that are expensive to reverse get made first: what you build and what you buy, what is a service and what is a module, where the data lives. We map the estate you have, design the one you need and sequence the route between them. You get an architecture a delivery team can build from and a board can sign off.
Engineering at enterprise scale
We build in .NET and React, API first and headless where it earns its place: web platforms, native and cross-platform mobile apps, progressive web apps, portals and the back office behind them. Our teams have shipped at this scale repeatedly rather than once, which is why we can tell you in the first week where a project like yours usually goes wrong.
Integration
Almost nothing we build stands alone. ERP, CRM, PIM, warehouse, payments, logistics, loyalty, marketplaces, and whatever the business bought fifteen years ago and still depends on. Making a dozen systems behave as one, under load, with the data staying true in all of them, is where projects like these are won or lost. It is also what we have been doing longest.
Modernisation and replatforming
Replatforming fails when it is treated as a single event. We break it into moves that each stand on their own: strangle the monolith service by service, decouple the front end, migrate the parts that pay back first. The business keeps trading throughout and value lands every quarter, instead of riding on one launch date.
Maintenance, support and evolution
Our work does not stop at launch. We keep your applications running, tuned and current: monitoring, releases, security patching, peak season readiness and the next set of features. Most of our client relationships are measured in years and several in decades, because a system's first day matters far less than its thousandth.
We build our own product
ATCOM is not only a services firm. We build, ship and support A-Commerce, our own commerce platform, in production with many brands. Running a product means living with every architectural shortcut for years, holding a release cadence and answering for uptime. That discipline goes straight back into the work we do for you.
